It’s safe to assume you already have a go-to pair of jeans that
makes you feel 100% yourself, and while we don’t ever want you to
have to part ways with said jeans, we do want you to
consider expanding your
denim horizons
as we enter a fresh season. Considering jeans
are a must-have in any well-versed wardrobe, owning multiple pairs
that serve multiple purposes is nothing short of wise, and as of
late, brands have been catching onto the movement of “wearable
wardrobes” by either creating a new brand from the ground up or by
incorporating jeans into their
runway collections

Ahead we’ve compiled a list of brands that are doing both. Some
brands are newer, such as SlvrLake, while others aren’t necessarily
known for their denim but have been churning out pairs that have
fashion girls scrambling for more (e.g., Khaite). As we dive
headfirst into fall, updating your denim assortment is a task that
should not be overlooked. One scroll through the selection ahead
should leave you fully in the loop when it comes to the latest in
the denim world, and adding a few pairs to your cart will have your
wardrobe more than ready for the seasonal shift ahead.

SlvrLake was founded with one thing in mind: creating the
perfect pair of jeans. Sounds simple, but it’s no easy feat. So
far, the fashion community has responded with nothing but
positivity to this newer denim brand due to all of the qualities it
aimed to possess, including an impeccable wash and fit.

If alternative denim is something you’re into, Cie is a brand
that should be on your radar stat. Cie is designed and made in New
York using solely sustainable denim and reworked vintage
pairs. With the upside-down look, these pairs will definitely be
the showstoppers in your denim collection while still being
extremely wearable.

The founders of Colovos, Michael and Nicole Colovos, come from
a background that bleeds creativity. After working in
editorial and relaunching Helmut Lang, the duo started Colovos
with the intention of designing pristine yet wearable clothing for
the modern woman. The denim, specifically, is a special breed
within the brand, especially its collaboration with The Woolmark
Company, in which they worked with mills that are using socially
responsible production cycles to create innovative new denim for
all to see.

Warp + Weft is a denim brand that is considerate in every way
imaginable. From body-inclusive sizing to sustainable efforts worth
championing, this is one company to watch not only this fall but as
we continue on into 2020 and beyond.

Jordache is the destination for fun denim. Between the
logo-printed, tie-dye, and PVC pocket pairs, there is really
nothing not to love. But if statement denim isn’t for you, fear
not, for the brand also churns out classic pairs that fit like a
glove.

While it’s not strictly a denim brand, Khaite’s jeans have
garnered cult status among fashion insiders and are on their way to
being the go-to choice of cool girls everywhere this fall.

Using natural fabrics and exercising sustainable efforts,
Decade’s denim is simple, wearable, and classic. What else could
one want from a pair of jeans?

Timelessness is key in the fit and washes of Still Here New
York’s denim assortment, but there’s a twist. Each
pair incorporates a unique detail that will ensure you stand out
from the crowd every time.
